Maserati may have been set up by a group of 6 brothers, but nowadays the story is a little different. The iconic Italian car brand, responsible for gorgeous cars like the Gran Cabrio, was first taken over by the Orsi family, who moved it to its current location of Modena. Then they were purchased by Citroen, and later on Chrysler owned a part share in the illustrious company. Nowadays car giant Fiat is the force in charge, although Ferrari do own a 50% share! If you are buying a new or Used Maserati it will have come from this long line of owners and hands.
